What can I expect when I request an investigation?

You can expect one of us to contact you via email or phone, depending on your preference.  At that time, we will discuss some of your experiences with that location as well as setting up a time and date for a "Walk Through".  This will allow us to review your floor plan, in which we will determine what equipment and how many investigators we will bring in. 

What does an investigation entail?

A full scale investigation entails us bringing in several pieces of equipment to see what we can capture as actual evidence.  Our equipment consists of audio, video, and still frame cameras.  With most of our cameras offering infrared night vision.  Each investigation is unique in how much equipment and just what we will bring in.  (Please refer to our section on EVP's, Video, and Photos.)  After an investigation you will receive a full written report as well as what information we captured on CD or DVD.

How many of you will come on an investigation?

This is generally determined by the square footage that we are investigating to prevent "overcrowding" as well as we do not want to be short handed.

How much does an investigation cost?

There is never any charge for an investigation.  The team runs, and thrives on donations.  These donations help with maintaining our website, equipment, batteries, and gas to and from locations.

Well everyone know that you are investigating my place?

This is done on an individual basis.  It is up to you to decide what information we may or may not  release, not us.

Why are ghosts here?

It appears that they are here for various different reasons.  Some may have unresolved issues in which they are not ready to cross over.  Some are attached to houses or land.  Some are actually attached to people or a particular person.  And some may have died unexpectedly and have "lost their way".

What are the signs of a haunting?

Hauntings may occur in several different ways.  Some of the signs are the feeling of a presence, unexplained noises or sounds, electronics that unexpectedly come on or off, voices being heard, seeing something out of the corner of your eye on a consistent basis, or seeing a ghost in full form.

What information will you need from me?

Any history you may have on the location.  Above all your honesty.  Please disclose all activity that you have witnessed or experienced.  This is important in determining the type of haunt you may be experiencing.

Is it evil or demonic?

In most cases the answer is no.  There are a handful that are negative entities, demons, or complete demonic infestations.   There are certain signs that we look for.  This is why it is so important that you disclose everything to us.
